The Wave gives your group the entire duplex, combining Eastside Wave and Waterside Wave into one reservation. Together, the two private sides offer 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two living areas, two private swimming pools and plenty of room for families and friends to vacation together while still enjoying their own space.
This is an especially unique setup for multi-family vacations, reunions and extended families. Instead of putting everyone into one oversized house, The Wave provides two completely separate residences under the same roof. Each side has its own private entrance, kitchen, living and dining areas, bedrooms, laundry and outdoor space.
You can spend the day and evening together, then everyone has room to spread out when it's time to relax.
Best of all, you're just steps from the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Gulf Trace offers private deeded beach access, with the community boardwalk approximately 50 yards away.

TWO PRIVATE HOMES, ONE GREAT VACATION
The Wave is designed for groups who want to vacation together without having to spend every minute in the same living space.
One family can stay on the Eastside while another takes the Waterside. Grandparents can enjoy a quieter side of the property while the kids and grandkids have their own space next door. With two kitchens, preparing meals for a large group becomes easier, and two living areas mean everyone doesn't have to agree on what to watch at night.
And with two private pools, there is plenty of outdoor space for everyone.
The two residences are separate and are not internally connected. Guests move between Eastside Wave and Waterside Wave using their respective private entrances and outdoor areas.
When you reserve The Wave, BOTH sides of the duplex are included exclusively for your group.
EASTSIDE WAVE
Eastside Wave offers approximately 2,075 square feet of comfortable coastal living with an open-concept living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of natural light.
Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool surrounded by a 6-foot privacy fence, spacious sun deck, shaded areas, outdoor shower and natural gas BBQ grill.
A second-floor loft provides additional sleeping space along with a large TV, board games and puzzles, making this side particularly well suited for families with children.
Eastside Sleeping Arrangements

Eastside Wave also includes a washer and dryer, tankless water heater and covered parking with a shaded area underneath the home.
WATERSIDE WAVE
Waterside Wave features an inviting open-concept floor plan with vaulted ceilings, comfortable coastal furnishings and a spacious living area.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and bar seating, while the dining area provides seating for 10.
Outside, enjoy your own private swimming pool, furnished poolside sun deck and spacious wrap-around porch. Upstairs, Gulf views and a private balcony overlooking the surrounding state park provide the perfect setting for enjoying the coastal scenery.
There's even a full-size ping-pong table in the screened area for a little friendly competition.

Gulf Trace is tucked between the natural beauty of Grayton Beach State Park and the Gulf of Mexico on the south side of Scenic Highway 30A. The neighborhood offers private deeded beach access, putting your group only a short walk from the beach.
No loading everyone into cars. No hunting for beach parking. Grab your beach gear and walk to the sand.
Spend your mornings along the Gulf, return home for lunch and an afternoon at either of your two private pools, then head back to the beach for sunset.

Private pool heating is available for an additional daily charge. Because there are two separate pools, please contact us regarding heating options and pricing for one or both pools.
Gulf Trace HOA does not permit golf carts within the neighborhood.
No pets are permitted.
No smoking is permitted.
Golf carts and bicycles are not provided.
