10Seagrove Sunshine is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home for up to 10 guests in NatureWalk, a Seagrove Beach community surrounded by Point Washington State Forest and about two miles from Seaside. A 6-seater golf cart is included with your stay, and the community's Lily Lane Beach Trail leads to the beach in about 1 mile.
The open-concept living area is filled with natural light. The large, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a gas cooktop and full range oven, a custom coffee bar and a wine fridge.
The living and dining areas open to a large screened porch overlooking the pond, with a small dining table, lounge chairs and a porch swing. Upstairs, the second primary suite has its own private porch. The home also has an outdoor shower and a propane grill.
The first-floor primary suite has a king bed and a private bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, and a half bath is also on this level. Upstairs, a second living area is a good spot for movie nights. The second primary suite has a king four-poster bed, a sitting area and a private bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and Bedroom 4 has a custom triple bunk bed, and the two rooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combination. A queen sleeper sofa adds sleeping space.
About NatureWalk
NatureWalk's Gathering Place is the center of the community, with two community pools, a community hot tub, a children's splash pool and playground, a fire pit and outdoor grills. Guests also have access to pickleball and basketball courts and nature trails. The Lily Lane Beach Trail, a bike and foot path across from The Gathering Place, runs through nature preserves to the beach in about 1 mile, and additional beach accesses are a short drive away.
