10Nature and the Beach is a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home for up to 10 guests in Naturewalk at Seagrove, a Santa Rosa Beach community next to Point Washington State Forest. The Lily Lane bike and foot path leads from the community to the San Juan public beach access, about 1 mile away, and 4 adult bikes are provided.
The open living, dining and kitchen area has plenty of seating. The kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a gas cooktop, a full range oven and an island with bar seating. Three screened porches add outdoor living space, and the backyard has a fire pit area that guests are welcome to use. A gas grill for guest use and an outdoor shower are also provided. The Green Egg on the property is not available for guest use.
The Primary Bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. Bedroom 2, on the first floor, has a king bed and uses the first-floor bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a king bed and Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a balcony and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The bunk room, also on the second floor, has twin-over-full bunk beds, a sofa and a TV. A highchair, a Pack 'n Play and booster seats are also provided.

Beach Access
The Lily Lane Beach Trail starts across from The Gathering Place (the community pool) and runs through nature preserves to the San Juan public beach access, about 1 mile away. The Santa Clara Regional Beach Access off Bramble Grove Drive is also about 1 mile away on the path. The path is for bikes and walkers only. By car, both accesses are about 2 miles away, and Santa Clara has parking.
