10“BEACH BLISS 30A” is our beautiful coastal retreat located in one of the most coveted locations in the Naturewalk at Seagrove community. Highlighting the natural beauty of 30A, this property features tranquil nature and water views in an idyllic setting. Tucked away directly on Sunset Pond, there is no street traffic in front of the home. Enjoy your AM coffee on the expansive porch in quiet serenity. The view of the pond also includes a fountain that lights up with a glow in the evenings, perfect for that relaxing moment at the end of the day.
“BEACH BLISS 30A” sleeps up to 8-10 guests featuring 2 generously sized owner's suites. For your convenience, one of the primary suites is located on the main floor. The second primary suite, located on the upper floor, features a private balcony, along with stunning views of the pond and fountain. A spacious open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, professionally decorated with an upscale coastal touch, make this home both stylish and comfortable, perfect for a family getaway!
NatureWalk is a naturally beautiful community, and features resort-style amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Amenities include a resort zero entry pool, heated lap pool, hot tub, tot lot, pickle ball and basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, multiple entertainment areas, and a fire pit with group seating, all encompassed by the beauty of Point Washington State Park.
BEACH ACCESS
Seagrove Beach has the largest stretch of FREE, PUBLIC beach on the 30A.
Our beautiful emerald water, white sand beaches can be accessed via a car-free, nature trail called Lilly Lane from Naturewalk, on foot or bike. It leads to the San Juan Street beach access. Parking for cars or golf carts is available at the San Juan or Santa Clara beach access (which also has a ramp). Bike parking is available at numerous other beach access points.
We recommend Dothan, Andalusia and Greenwood beach walkovers to the west of San Juan (these are only accessible by bike or foot and are therefore less crowded). By car or golf cart, we recommend San Juan or Santa Clara. These are public beaches with no entry fees or parking fees.
State Park Beaches
The state parks also offer huge, beautiful, white sand beaches. To the East, Deer Lake State Park ($3 per car) and to the West Grayton Beach State Park ($5 per car)
Additionally, Naturewalk and "Beach Bliss 30A" is centrally located to some of the best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths and is only a short bike ride away from the beautiful sugar white sand beaches, as well as the communities of Watercolor and Seaside. We are centrally located on the 30A corridor, a 20 mile scenic shore of unique villages, rare coastal dune lakes, upscale resorts, beach bars, world-class restaurants and natural habitats.
Publix grocery is conveniently located just outside the neighborhood. Walk, bike or drive.
