"High Cotton Beach Cottage" is a cozy and relaxing getaway located on a quiet stretch of Scenic Hwy 30A between Alys Beach and Camp Creek Lake, facing the Gulf of Mexico. This cottage sits perfectly between two of South Walton's many public beach access points (200 yards either direction; an easy 4 minute walk) and offers a 12 x 24 private pool.  Enjoy the gulf view from the rocking chairs on the covered front porch, or relax on the deck located off the kitchen, overlooking the pool.

You will find this 1500 sq. ft. beach cottage an attractive and comfortable accommodation for your family, and it's sure to become a favorite summer vacation spot! The top floor living space consists of a roomy den with a large TV, a dining area with a television as well as a game table, a kitchen with breakfast nook, as well as a half bath. Though small, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and offers all that you'll need while away from home.   A set of stairs lead down from the deck off of the kitchen and to the pool. The pool area is completely fenced, and there is an enclosed shower equipped with both hot and cold water. There is also an enclosed play area under the deck near the pool with a sand box, and a swing. Downstairs are three bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) as well as two full bathrooms, and a laundry area that contains a full-size front loading stackable washer and dryer. There are TV's in all three of the bedrooms.

"High Cotton Beach Cottage" is located near the heart of the some of the most popular areas on 30A. Visitors can enjoy the activities and amenities of Seagrove & Seaside (6 mi. west), Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach (3 mi. east) without the upscale prices!  In the surrounding area you will find an abundance of natural beauty, along with quaint shops and restaurants, and your favorite outdoor activities such as golf, tennis, fishing, wind surfing or paddle boarding. The bike path in front of High Cotton runs the length of Scenic 30A. There are a number of bike rental shops nearby, or feel free to bring your own. Nearby Lake Powell has a public boat ramp great for waterskiing, jet skiing, and fishing. 

"High Cotton Beach Cottage" is the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun by the pool, or on the miles of sugar white sand beaches.
