Coming up the front walk you find yourself on the first of four beautifully appointed porches, and upon entering through the front door, the first of two living areas provides comfy seating, a Smart TV, and windows that let in plenty of seaside sunshine.  Relax here, or gather in the adjacent dining area around the large dining room table with comfortable seating for eight.  Just off of the dining room, the gourmet designed kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line GE appliances, and has all of the necessary kitchen essentials. This Chef’s dream makes cooking for the family a breeze, and features a large island, with seating for five at the counter. This area is open to an adjacent sitting room, which offers another cozy seating/game area.  Just outside of this wonderful space is one of two screened porches, and an outdoor seating area which encircles the fire pit.  This is just the spot for a meal, morning coffee, or the perfect place to unwind from a day at Seaside or the beach.   

Upstairs you will find the master suite containing a king bed and a full, private bathroom with a large standup shower, soaking tub and double sinks.  Added relaxation can be found on the large porch located off of the master. Just down the hall from the master, the first bedroom has a king bed, and a full en-suite bathroom.  The second bedroom includes a queen bed, and shares a bath with the Bunk Room, which offers dual vanities and a tub/shower combination. The Bunk Room sleeps eight on two sets of full-over-full bunks.  The front two bedrooms also share their own private screen porch.  Additionally on the second floor, you will find a full-size washer and dryer. 

NatureWalk is a naturally beautiful community, and features resort-style amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Amenities include a resort-style zero entry pool, heated lap pool, serene adult lounge pool, tot lot, pickle ball and basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, multiple entertainment areas, and a fire pit with group seating, all encompassed by the beauty of Point Washington State Park.
