This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is sure to be one you’ll want to return to year after year!

Views of the lake are offered throughout the open kitchen, living and dining space. The large kitchen is a cook’s dream with loads of counter space, a farm sink, brand new appliances, and a range. There is seating for 8 at the dining table with a place for 3 more at the counter. The living area is cozy and bright, and leads out onto the large screened porch, where you will find comfortable seating, and the best view of the lake. The master suite overlooks the lake, and has access to the porch as well. It features a king bed, a fireplace and a work station for those who need to work while playing. The master bath has a large walk-in shower and a big walk-in closet. The second bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, while the third has a queen and a twin over twin bunk. These two rooms share a bath that features a walk-in shower. The home also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a large pantry as well.

Only steps away from 30A’s famous Timpoochee Trail, you can walk or bike in either direction to outstanding restaurants, shopping and live entertainment - Gulf Place is .8 miles, Grayton Beach’s famous Red Bar is 4.5 miles, and Seaside is 5.6 miles. For nature lovers, the trailhead to the Longleaf Greenway is steps away, providing 8 miles of forest trails for jogging, hiking and biking. When you are ready to venture further for even more shopping, movie theaters, restaurant options and attractions, convenient access to Hwy 98 will lead you to Grand Boulevard at Miramar Beach (6.5 miles) or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall (8.6 miles).
