Paradise Found on 30A is a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo for up to 9 guests in Eastern Lake Village, a six-unit building on 30A in Seagrove Beach. The upstairs living area and balcony have views of Eastern Lake and the Gulf, and a 6-seat golf cart and 4 bikes are included. The Eastern Lake beach access is about 0.6 miles away.

Upstairs, the open living, dining and kitchen area has a south-facing balcony overlooking Eastern Lake and the Gulf, and the living area has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The kitchen has Viking appliances, granite countertops and a wine fridge, and it opens to a second, north-facing balcony. A half bath is also on this level.

Both bedrooms are on the main floor. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a balcony overlooking 30A. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds, and its bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A twin daybed near the entry shares that bathroom.

Old Florida Fish House is across the parking lot, and Seaside, shopping and dining along 30A are a short golf cart ride away.

Our crew had a great time at Paradise Found on 30A. We appreciated the comfortable setup and how easy the property was to enjoy. Even though our visit was short, we settled in quickly and were able to make the most of our time. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit is beautiful, very well-appointed, and located perfectly in the middle of all our favorite things to do and see on 30A. We did have some maintenance issues during our stay: 1. Master shower faucet didn't work. Coastal sent a plumber on Sunday to fix...thank you! 2. Keurig didn't work. No big deal, just went next door to Beachie Bean every morning! 3. Building elevator didn't work except for Day 1. Also not a big deal until we were loading up to come home. Also, we couldn't get our bikes back up to 2nd floor. 4. Bike chain on one of the bikes kept coming off and eventually came off completely. Coastal came to pick it up Monday morning to repair, but we were down 1 bike rest of trip. 5. Passenger side rear tail light on golf cart didn't work. The minor maintenance issues didn't dampen our enjoyment of the unit, and we would likely stay here again.

This was our first time staying on 30a and booking through Coastal Dreamin. What an awesome trip it was. Booking through Coastal Dreamin was so easy and they kept us updated leading up to our stay with all the info we would need, including how to check out. Paradise Found on 30a was even better than the pictures showed. The bikes and golf cart were an added bonus for getting around to shopping, dining and to the beach. Matt was a great asset for recommendations on booking and for things to do during our stay. Would highly recommend Paradise Found on 30a, using Coastal Dreamin for booking and Matt for his vast knowledge of the area and expertise of the accommodations available! Five stars all around!

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise on 30A. I will say that if added a tv to the other bedroom it would be perfect! The 6th step leading upstairs is loose. The cleaning company they use should do a more thorough job because we found empty chip bags under a bed.

Gorgeous property, beautifully decorated. Comfortable and very upscale. LOVED the kitchen. Amenities were amazing (bikes, golf cart, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc ). Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely book this property again!

We loved this condo! Great location, close to The Hub which is perfect for all ages. The home is impeccable, with everything you will need for your stay.I would HIGHLY recommend this beach house!! We can't wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your amazing place!

We loved this location above the shops. It made it so easy to grab dinner or coffee. It is also just minutes from the beach. The view of 30a is to die for! The beds are super comfy, and the master shower is upgraded like we have never seen before. We also enjoyed cooking in the large, upgraded kitchen. We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend Paradise Found!

Great location to beach and restaurants. Fabulous place with everything you would need. Golf cart, bikes, beach chairs and essentials in the kitchen. Well done decor through out. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back
