The living area is spacious with views that overlook scenic Hwy 30A, and there is plenty of room to dine in with seating for six at the dining table and four at the counter. The most spectacular part of the "Grand Retreat" are the north and south views from any of the 3 balconies.

"Grand Retreat" is directly on Scenic Highway 30A, and this fantastic location lies in the heart of it all!  Enjoy the convenience of riding a bike to all of your favorite places throughout Seagrove and Seaside - walk or take a leisurely bike ride to the public beach (.6 mi),  grab your morning coffee and breakfast across the street at Beachy Bean, and enjoy outdoor seating on the lake, or enjoy donuts at Kahve and Cream. Dine for lunch and dinner at Old Florida Fish House, located right across the street. OFFH is perfect for fresh seafood, raw or chargrilled oysters by the dozen, sushi or simply enjoying happy hour, live music and sunset on Eastern Lake.  Conveniently located across the street at Yellowfin Ocean Sports, you can rent bikes, golf carts & paddle boards, or buy rods, reels and tackle.
