8Good Day Sunshine is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home for up to 8 guests in Old Florida Village, a neighborhood of about 75 homes between Gulf Place and Blue Mountain Beach, just north of 30A. It sits across the street from one of the neighborhood's two community pools and is about half a mile from the nearest public beach access.
The main level has an open living and dining area with hardwood floors and a kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The dining table seats four, with bar seating for three more. A queen bedroom and a full bathroom are also on this floor.
Upstairs, the Primary Bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a tub. Two more queen bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Beach Access
Four public beach accesses are about half a mile from the home:
- Ed Walline Regional Beach Access (west): seasonal lifeguards, restrooms, parking and a beach conditions flag

- Shellseekers (west): neighborhood access for bikes and foot traffic
- Gulf View Heights (east): regional access with seasonal lifeguards, restrooms, parking and a beach conditions flag
Location
Walk, bike or run the 18-mile Timpoochee Trail, paddleboard on Western Lake or visit the area's three state parks. Seaside, Prominence, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are nearby, and Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Grand Boulevard, with its cinema, are to the west. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport is about 30 minutes away, and the Fort Walton Beach (VPS) airport is about an hour away.
