9Mint Julep is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Bahamas-style home for up to 9 guests in Prominence, a 30A community between WaterSound and Alys Beach. The home has easy access to the community pool, a 6-passenger LSV (low-speed vehicle) is included, and Deer Lake State Park's beach access is about half a mile away.
The kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and has a gas cooktop, a built-in oven, an oversized refrigerator, stainless appliances and granite countertops. The open living and dining areas have 10-foot ceilings, plenty of windows and custom furnishings. There's also a half bath, a balcony off the living room and a garage.
All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The Primary Bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin-over-full bunk beds and a twin trundle. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A rollaway twin bed and a Pack 'n Play are also provided.

Beach Access
Deer Lake State Park is the closest and most popular beach access to Prominence, about 0.5 miles away. As a state park, it doesn't allow alcohol, and beach service isn't available there. Walton County beach accesses nearby include Walton Dunes, about 2 miles west, and Gulf Lakes, about 0.5 miles east, which has no parking but makes an easy bike ride.
