Seas The Day 30A is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom Bahamas-style home for up to 8 guests in Prominence on 30A, between Watersound and Alys Beach. A 6-seater golf cart is included with your stay, the Prominence community pool is close by, and Deer Lake State Park and the beach are a short bike ride away.
The open living and dining areas have 10-foot ceilings and plenty of windows. The kitchen has Frigidaire appliances, including a gas cooktop, built-in oven and an oversized refrigerator, plus quartz countertops. Both upstairs bathrooms are finished with tile and upgraded fixtures.
All three bedrooms are on the second floor. The primary suite has a king bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a twin-over-full bunk bed plus an additional twin bed; these two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
About Prominence
Prominence offers a 5,000-square-foot resort-style community pool with cabanas, outdoor dining pavilions, community grills and community fireplaces. The Big Chill is right in the neighborhood, with food and drinks plus concerts, sporting events and movies on the lawn, and restaurants are within walking distance.
Transportation
A 6-seater golf cart (LSV) is included with the home. It has a 48V lithium battery, front disc brakes, a backup camera with digital display, LED lights and a Bluetooth soundbar.
Beach Access
Deer Lake State Park, the closest beach access, is about 0.5 miles west (alcohol is not allowed and beach service is not available there). Gulf Lakes is about 0.5 miles east and is a great bike ride, and Walton Dunes, Santa Clara and Sea Breeze are also nearby.

We were really happy we chose Seas The Day 30A. We appreciated the comfortable setup and how easy the property was to enjoy. We had enough time to settle in and really enjoy the pace of the area. We'd be very comfortable booking it again.

Our time at Seas The Day 30A was exactly the break we needed. The layout worked well for our group and gave everyone room to relax. For a longer stay, it was especially nice to have somewhere that felt comfortable rather than temporary. We hope to make it back on a future beach trip.

We had the best time at Seas the Day 30A. The house was very nice, clean & spacious. The location was perfect- close to restaurants & shopping. We loved the neighborhood pool, the golf cart, and comfy beds. We would definitely stay here again. It felt like home. Highly recommend to others!

Town house had a well-laid out floor plan with a well-stocked kitchen, making cooking easy. Location was quiet and very secure. We liked being relatively close to The Hub and close to multiple beach entrances. Having a golf cart was a definite bonus.

Our stay at "Seas The Day 30A" was fantastic! The home is beautifully decorated with a modern touch and offers plenty of space for our group of eight. The kitchen is well-equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, making meal prep a breeze. We loved the community amenities, especially the large pool and the convenience of the included golf cart for trips to the beach. The location in Prominence is ideal, with easy access to the vibrant atmosphere of The Big Chill. Highly recommend for a perfect 30A getaway!

We could not have enjoyed our time on 30A More! Seas the Day is the perfect place for a vacation any time of year. We visited for Halloween and enjoyed all of the fun activities at The Big Chill (Trick or Treating) and the Rosemary Halloween Festival. The beach is an easy bike ride away. The golf cart is also fun. Thank you, Coastal Dreaming, for making our stay so memorable!

Seas The Day 30A was absolutely the perfect place for our family to stay while on 30A! The house was clean and a great setup and we loved having the golf cart to get around town and drive to the beach, so convenient! We loved the location of the property and loved having the HUB across the street, which is the best place to go for drinks and food.

Our stay was absolutely amazing!! The house is beautiful and provides everything that you need! The pool is fantastic and close by, and there multiple beach accesses within 5-10 minutes as well. I think the best part is having The Hub right across the street. With a family of 5 (3 under 3 yrs old), this was a game changer! Our toddler had a blast running around with all the other kids and they have different things/events going on every night. Overall, our stay was great and just what we needed. I would recommend it to everyone!!

Can't beat it! We had our choice, spent some days enjoying the close proximity to beach and dining, and others relaxing indoors in the beautifully furnished interior with a fully stocked kitchen. (Loved zipping around in the golf cart too!) Can't wait for our next visit

What a fabulous place! We had all of the amenities that we needed, including a modern kitchen with upgraded appliances. The open living area was bright and airy, and the furnishings were beautiful. The rental included a golf cart and bikes, which was an added treat! We took the golf cart to the beach and to neighboring communities. And the Hub was so much fun - right across the street you can catch some music, watch a movie or watch football while eating great food! The team at Coastal Dreamin' was fabulous, and we will definitely use them again for our future vacations!

This is one of the nicest places I've stayed while at the beach. Not only was the house very nice, but check in and check out were also very easy to use because the app provided all the information needed for our arrival, activities, and our departure. There was plenty of space for all five people on our vacation as well. I will definitely return for another vacation in Prominence due to this wonderful experience!
