Rudy's Rendezvous is a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home for up to 12 guests in The Camp District of WaterColor. The open living area connects to the kitchen, which has a gas range and oven, granite countertops and a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker. The dining table seats 8, with 3 more seats at the bar, and a large gas grill is in the backyard.
The first floor has two king Primary Suites, each with a private bathroom, plus a powder room and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Upstairs, the bunk room has two twin bunk beds and a full bed with a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and Bedroom 4 has a full bed, a twin bed with a twin trundle and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The home also has two porches.
The 499-acre WaterColor community has parks, gardens, footpaths, shops and restaurants, including Fish Out of Water and the WaterColor Inn and Beach Club. The WaterColor Beach Club is about 1 mile away.

This was our first stay at Watercolor - Rudy's Rendezvous, and we would gladly return. Being right in the watercolor area was a highlight for us. We also enjoyed how convenient the location was for exploring 30A. The property had a relaxed vacation feel without sacrificing the everyday comforts we wanted. This one is going on our list for another trip.

Great Location & Wonderful Home! Our crew loved every part of our vacation. The house was clean, spacious, and a fantastic location! I wasn’t sure of the location as I’d never been before but this home was perfect! Pools, bikes, & a Publix all in walking distance! The kitchen was outfitted to cook at home, which I appreciated and all the bedroom/baths were spacious & clean. There are 2 parking spaces which was also helpful, not including sidewalk parking in the front. I would definitely recommend Rudy’s Rendezvous!

We loved our stay! The house is wonderful! We were going to sweep before leaving, but there is no broom in the house. We also tried using the vacuum cleaner during our stay, and it’s messed up. It just spits out sand and debris at your feet while you vacuum.

Rudy's Rendezvous was the perfect house for our family of 7! It was such a homey space and location was great--great for kids as Camp Watercolor with playground and lazy river and pool were just a block away! Loved that there were 2 parking spaces in the back and one in front for our golf cart. Kitchen was very well stocked. We had to contact Coastal Dreamin' about the A/C once and they were very responsive! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Rudy's Rendezvous! We have stayed in several areas along 30A over the years and Watercolor is our new favorite. The house is situated in the middle of everything Watercolor (& Seaside) have to offer and its all a short walk or bike ride away. The home was beautiful and comfortable and perfect for a large group. The huge pantry in the kitchen, wide open storage in the laundry room and the drawers and closets galore made it very easy to move right in and enjoy our vacation. I had read in a previous review that Rudy's was needing a pan update so I packed a larger nonstick pan which I was glad I had done. As is typical it seems in two story homes, the upstairs rooms were warmer but between the plug in fans at Rudy's and the few fans I brought from home, we had plenty for the 6 who slept up there. The beds and linens were comfortable, we had plenty of bath towels and we had a starter supply of everything I would think necessary. Everyone absolutely loved the front porch swing! Only negatives I could say were the golf cart stored in the back driveway made it difficult for two of our large SUVs to fit with much room to open the doors and there were about 6 abandoned broken bikes that were chained to the bike rack that were difficult to navigate our rented bikes around and secure them to something. But in no way did this color our opinion of Rudy's, we loved it!

Our weekend rendezvous at Rudy's Rendezvous was incredible! We were there for the 30a songwriters festival and the location was perfect. So many venues were within biking distance. We had four couples staying and we were all very comfortable in this beautiful home. We did a lot of cooking & the kitchen is very well equipped. The bedrooms are roomy & the beds are extremely comfortable. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We made a lot of great memories and we can't wait to go back!

Everything was absolutely perfect, the house was much more spacious than even the pictures show. The private watercolor beach/pool pass was a nice added touch! WE will be back!
The entire process from picking out the place to rent to check out was a breeze. The house was in the perfect location for my crew( 1 mom and 9- 19-21 yr old college kids). We were close to the grocery store and close enough to the beach. Rudy's Rendezvous was the perfect house for our short stay. The set up was perfect everyone had a bed to sleep in. The kitchen is well stocked and the house is just so comfortable. I am ready to come back for another vacation!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, and easy to get comfortable in right away. We did not have the best weather on our trip but we made the most of it in the home because it was still just nice to be away and surrounded by such cool decor on comfortable furnishings! It is as pictured, no surprises... in fact I would say it's even nicer in person than it looks online.

Our stay included my Wife and me and the families of our two daughters. Having a full bath for all the bedrooms was great. The home had plenty of room for all of us to be together without feeling cramped at all. The front porch swing was a hit with everyone, the size of it was very accommodating with 3 Grandchildren all wanting to be on it at the same time. We would definitely consider renting this home again. Open floor plan, great kitchen and comfortable furniture made our time together just what we were looking for.

First time for us to use this type of lodging. Rudy's was fantastic. I hope they are all this good. Also, first time in watercolor. We were close enough to the action to enjoy the fun yet far enough to slip away for peace. We had a blast. Teens, college, midlife and grandparents all under one roof. Plenty of space. Could have added a couple more and been comfy. We had 7 ppl. Plenty of room. These people take great care of this house.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Rudy's Rendevous. The house is top notch. Very close to everything. Especially Publix. Right near the camp pool and soccer/open fields for our kids to play. Beds and linens were so comfy. Can't say enough about this outstanding house. We will be back.

We so enjoyed our stay at Rudy's. Everything was very well appointed. The house is so comfortable and Coastal Dreamin was readily available to answer my many questions. This house is just 1 mi away for the Beach Club and a quarter mile from the Tennis Courts and maybe a mi to the Publix grocery store. We spent a great deal of time on the front porch and so enjoyed the bed swing. We had challenges with the 1st floor half bath pocket door. It would not close therefore it was for the most part unusable. This was inconvenient for us. Having said this we would stay here again and again but please fix that door.

My family and I had a great week in Watercolor. This house is amazing and has plenty of space. I love all the decorations. This house is in the perfect location. Close to the grocery store and a short bike ride to Seaside and the Watercolor pool. We will definitely be back and renting this house again.

We finally found the ideal vacation house and plan on returning soon. What a stunning home! The beautiful decor and furnishings were well beyond most rentals. I enjoyed relaxing on the swing bed on the front porch. We rode bikes to the beach, dining, shopping and nature trails. This place has it all! Great memories were made here!
